Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions
  1. Gift certificates may be redeemed by telephone at 330.722.5477, or in H&H Science retail stores (excluding H&H partnership stores). Purchases are deducted from the gift certificate balance. Any unused balance will be available for a later purchase. Local exchange rates apply. If an order exceeds the amount of the gift card, the balance must be paid with a credit card/cash.
  2. H&H Science must activate all gift certificates. It may take up to 5-7 business days for your gift certificate to be activated and mailed to you.
  3. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates. Gift certificates cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law.
  4. H&H Science is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
  5. We will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is used to make purchases in-store or by phone.
  6. H&H Science is not responsible for the balance on gift certificates purchased from any third party, such as eBay or Craigslist. In the case of fraud, H&H Science will not honor the balance.
